The Manager’s Thoughts

The enormous sense of fulfillment that I experience about The Guru cannot be articulated in mere words. Today, I feel overjoyed that we have surpassed our expectations in shaping a dream into a reality called The Guru. In the process, with the grace of Almighty, we are moving forward with a focused vision & strength of purpose based on the certitude & desire to give back to the society, in equal measure, that which we received in abundance.

The very thought of The Guru drifts me into a nostalgic reverie, replete with enormous challenges, obstacles, innovations, intuitions, achievements & acclamations as we reach its completion. Just as the undulating green pastures of yesteryears, today encompasses a huge school structure & we have expanded from ‘The Guru Kindergarten’ to ‘The Guru’ for senior classes. Our affiliation to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi (CBSE) further strengthens our resolve to provide quality education to the young learners of Bareilly.

I express my gratitude for the unstinting support received from the Capuchin Fathers, especially Rev. Fr. Dr. Herman Minj who guided me to realize the nebulous dream of my Late father, ShriSantNarainMehrotra. I owe a word of thanks for the support received from our able staff & the parents of students. My gratitude to you all is unbounded.

Let us not forget these words of Aristotle – “Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort & intelligent execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives – choice, not chance, determines our destiny!”
