School Rules

Admission
  • The institution caters to all children, male and female on merit basis without discrimination of any caste, class, creed or community.
  • Parents applying for admission to the kindergarten are subjected to an interactive session to know the intensity of the desire and the interest shown for the education of the ward.
  • The child should be within the specified age, proof for which is to be submitted either from the Municipality, the Nursing Home or the extract from the Passport. The child should be not more than 3 years for Pre Nursery, 4 years and below for Nursery and 5 years and below for Kindergarten classes as on 1st April of the applying year.
  • The date of birth once entered in the school register will not be changed under any circumstance. The parent/guardian will have to sign an undertaking to this effect.(Vide circular no.1107/7/5/1080- 82 dated 15 Oct.1981 of the inspector of the Anglo Indian Schools, Lucknow).
Attendance
  • Every student is expected to be present for the morning assembly. Late comers/absentees from the school will not be admitted to their respective classes without the Principal’s signature on the leave note in the diary.
  • Half day leave will not be granted to the students without the application duly signed by the parents. The students will not be permitted to go out once they have come into the campus.
  • No leave of absence is granted without the written application duly signed by the parents and only for authentic reasons. Mere sending of leave note is not sufficient. Leave has to be sanctioned.
  • In case of illness for more than a week, a medical certificate must be produced within three days of a student’s absence. If the student continues to be absent for fifteen days without the written permission of the Principal, his/her name will be struck off the school rolls and if re-admitted, full admission charges will be levied on the parents.
